The Challenge

Stephen Bullard, Director of Global Talent Management at TSYS, typically has more than 300 U.S. positions to fill at any time. After 25 years of double-digit growth, credit-card issuing had become a fairly saturated market. TSYS needed to start diversifying their services. As they started to expand their offerings, most of the job orders coming in were new to them.

The Solution

Stephen appreciated that Scout provided specialized vendors, rather than him (or his own recruiters) having to investigate agencies. “For positions that go to agencies, I was glad to put that into somebody’s hands who I trust.”

Stephen says he really enjoys that Scout helps him keep communication open and have honest dialogue with vendors: “We like knowing what can we do to make vendors want to work with us even more, because TSYS isn’t a brand name — we’re the action behind the transaction.”
