Ratings Employer

Great communication leads to great results. Search firms work hard to deliver qualified candidates. If you’re a company that consistently provides feedback and responds promptly, we’ll let recruiters know, and you’ll have the best recruiters working on your jobs, filling your positions faster! Recruiters will see your rating when reviewing job opportunities in Scout.

How are Ratings Defined

When you join Scout your status will be . This will be YOUR status for the first 60 days after your first posting. If you are providing feedback, disposition candidates quickly, provide comments, etc you will move to either a two or three bone rating. If you don’t have enough activity or haven’t demonstrated responsiveness yet you will see an empty bone  and Search Firms will see no rating.

This rating indicator will also provide you some leverage with your hiring managers. Similar to expiring candidates, this action relies on timely decision making and if they know their speed will impact the company rating their response time will likely improve.

Fast action = more bones!
