Michael Umana joins Scout Exchange as Chief Financial and Operating Officer

In support of Scout’s rapid growth, Michael Umana to take Scout to the next level.

BOSTON, Aug. 8, 2016 — Scout, a cloud-based recruitment platform that efficiently manages connecting employers and search firms, announced the addition of Michael Umana, who joined the company’s management team in Boston as Chief Financial and Operating Officer.

Prior to joining Scout, Umana held the executive positions of Senior VP and CFO at Lojack Corporation, Executive VP, COO and CFO at Saucony and VP and CFO of the Instruments Business Unit at Perkin Elmer. In addition, Umana has significant experience at venture backed start-ups as well as with the Consulting and Audit Practices at Arthur Andersen. Umana has a degree in Accounting from Boston University and is a member of the MSCPA and AICPA.
