We know YOU work hard to deliver candidates, and when companies provide feedback and respond promptly, you are better able to find the best candidates and keep them engaged.

What to expect and what you will see
When a new company joins Scout their status will be . This will be their status for the first 60 days after their first posting. If the company consistently provides feedback, dispositions candidates before expiration, provides comments, etc. they will move to a two bone rating.  And if they do this quickly, they will earn three bones.

Rating information is displayed to employers and as they strive for excellence this will be a reminder to act quickly on candidates which will provide you the feedback you need fast on your submitted candidates.
