How TA can create a better hiring manager experience

The timeliness and usefulness of hiring manager responses is a recurring complaint of Talent Acquisition professionals. Why don’t they give us useful reasons for rejecting candidates? Why do they say they need someone “now “ then let candidates languish in their inboxes? Do they really think we can get those qualifications in one person for that salary?

Hiring managers are in every industry and job type.  They are not all the same and there is no reason to assume they want to thwart the hiring process. So, what is the problem?

Scout Exchange’s Jim McCoy and Talent Acquisition expert, and author of The Talent Fix, Tim Sackett will discuss the following topics:

  • Critical elements of a good hiring manager experience
  • What the data shows us matters
  • How we can understand and address hiring manager issues
  • “Clever practices” top-producing TA teams use to get what they need from their hiring managers and more!
