Head of Finance & Administration
We are looking for an energetic, creative, collaborative and inspirational leader to join our leadership team. As Head of Finance and Administration you will have a unique opportunity to be part of scaling a successful startup into a significant business. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Head of Finance & Administration will be a key member of the executive leadership team.
The position will oversee the finance and administrative functions, including managing the budgeting process and helping drive planning and operational efficiency throughout the organization. The Head of Finance and Administration will be required to demonstrate exceptional judgment and foresight to achieve the right balance of building needed infrastructure, process and controls, while also maintaining the Company’s entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment in order to sustain our rapid growth and high customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate will be a proven leader with great interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills and a track record of successfully managing multiple department functions, as well as providing great support to sales, engineering and other departments in an innovative, high growth, SaaS marketplace or similar business environment.
Client Solutions Director
The Client Solutions Director will have a strong background in enterprise sales, SaaS and/or HCM technology, lead generation and pipeline development, as well as consultative/concept selling. Experience in staffing, RPO or MSP is preferred. You will join a team dedicated to finding and closing new business. You will be selling a new and innovative solution to large Enterprise customers and prospects. This highly consultative sales process involves educating potential customers on the solution as well as the necessary change management and developing broad and deep account relationships, building consensus across cross-functional roles (i.e. Talent Acquisition, HR, IT, Procurement, etc.), and navigating contracts and security reviews to close deals. Success in this position means that you are meeting or exceeding quota. The commission structure for this role is uncapped.
Sr. Manager, Customer Onboarding + Recruitment
As Sr. Manager, Recruitment + Onboarding you will have a unique opportunity to be part of scaling a successful startup into a significant business. Reporting to the title of Sr. Director, Marketplace, the Sr. Manager, Recruitment + Onboarding will be responsible for leading the overall attraction and retention of staffing suppliers to ensure Scout’s customer adoption and growth.

Account Coordinator, Search and Staffing
The Account Coordinator, Search and Staffing position is a highly visible account management role that touches multiple aspects of the organization and will be primarily responsible for leveraging data and analytics to identify and act upon new opportunities within the Scout ecosystem. With improved performance and consistent growth in mind, the ideal candidate will have the ability to build effective business narratives, establish relevant rapport, and implement effective success planning and execution. A successful candidate will ideally have a strong track record in execution and is a self-starter who values the opportunity to develop their career alongside a growing company.
The Contracts Administrator is the next addition to our growing legal team and will work directly with our Senior Legal Counsel. They will support a variety of corporate and contract related activities in accordance with Scout Exchange’s policies, procedures and requirements, including administration, negotiation and management of contracts. The right candidate will come in with legal savvy, extraordinary organizational skills, and the ability to independently manages a wide range of initiatives. This position will own the processes assigned to them.
Sr. Financial Analyst
The Sr. Financial Analyst will work closely within our team to ensure and assist with data quality, data accuracy and timely reporting. The ideal candidate will have exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills; be comfortable interacting with all levels, including Executive Management, Sales, Finance, and colleagues.
