Provider Marketplace Manager
The Provider Marketplace Analyst position is a highly visible account management role that touches multiple aspects of the organization and will be primarily responsible for leveraging data and analytics to identify and act upon new opportunities within the Scout ecosystem. With improved performance and consistent growth in mind, the ideal candidate will have the ability to build effective business narratives, establish relevant rapport, and implement effective success planning and execution. A successful candidate will ideally have a strong track record in execution and is a self-starter who values the opportunity to develop their career alongside a growing company.
The Activation Manager will oversee and facilitate the successful on-boarding and seamless transition of new customers to the Scout platform. It is a highly visible, customer-facing role that touches all aspects of the Scout organization and requires someone who understands talent management and the technologies used to enable the process. This individual must have a strong track record in execution and bringing solutions to the table to solve complex business problems and gaps. Client relationship building and management experience is critical to success in the Activation Manager role.
Client Solutions Director
The Client Solutions Director will have a strong background in enterprise sales, SaaS and/or HCM technology, lead generation and pipeline development, as well as consultative/concept selling. Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Sales, you will join a team dedicated to finding and closing new business. You will be selling a new and innovative solution to large Enterprise customers and prospects. This highly consultative sales process involves educating potential customers on the solution as well as the necessary change management, and developing broad and deep account relationships, building consensus across cross-functional roles (i.e. Talent Acquisition, HR, IT, Procurement, etc.), and navigating contracts and security reviews to close deals. Success in this position means that you are meeting or exceeding quota. The commission structure for this role is uncapped.

The Sr. Business Analyst will support Client Success and Sales and Marketing teams by providing them with valuable information and important business insights. Since you will be interacting with different team members from different departments, it is very important that you possess great communication and interpersonal skills. You will have to be able to translate verbal requests into well-defined, precise, ready to implement technical specs.
