Capital Resource Consultants (CRC) is a Maryland-based, family-run search firm that found an early niche in the financial industry. Jeremy Altman, the patriarch and founder of CRC wanted to bring his two sons on board, but neither of them had prior experience. The challenge of building client relationships for them was daunting. Austin, his older son was eager to break into recruiting quickly and wanted to find ways to become successful in the industry rapidly, without spending months making cold calls.
